Delivery Driver - Box Truck
Pay: $18.50 per Hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting products, picking up donations, delivering to partner locations, and assisting with warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and serving the community.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and pantry trucks (CDL not required)
• Pick up donations and deliver products to partner agencies
• Transport inbound and outbound freight
• Assist with mobile distribution operations
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain truck cleanliness, including immediate spill cleanup and routine washing
• Complete delivery records, logs, and required reports accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members, agencies, and clients
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet Ohio Department of Transportation requirements, including annual physicals and drug screenings
• Experience operating box trucks preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Frequent lifting of materials under 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in warehouse and delivery environments
