About: The Program is dedicated to elevating compliance training in the retail and restaurant sectors. Our mission is to ensure responsible sales practices by conducting mock purchases of age-restricted products, including cigarettes, tobacco vape products, and beer.

 

Job Overview: As a Compliance tech/ Program Checker, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing compliance in customer locations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct visits once or twice each month to evaluate store employees'' adherence to age verification policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mock purchases to assess if employees request customer IDs before completing sales of age-restricted products.
• Monitor the usage of age-verification devices and the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Provide feedback and compliance ratings to store employees using a Green Card (for proper ID checks) or a Red Card (for failures to check ID).
• Prepare and send email reports to store management following each visit.
• Access and input data into our secure, password-protected reporting website.

Qualifications:

• Must be between 21-25 years old.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
