Position: Outside Clean‑Up Laborer

Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexible start/end times)
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Operate a hand‑held gas weed trimmer to cut down weeds
• Pick up small debris and trash and dispose of it properly
• Maintain and fuel weed trimmers
• Report any needed repairs or maintenance on equipment
• Watch for sparks and immediately report any fire hazards or incidents
• Fill in for production line work as needed
• Perform outside plant yard clean‑up duties

What You Bring

• Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand machinery
• Good decision‑making, manual dexterity, and situational awareness
• Strong safety awareness and dependable attendance
• Accountability for performance and willingness to work independently
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen

---

Experience

• No experience required—training provided
• Landscape or outdoor labor experience helpful

---

Education

• No diploma required; HS Diploma or GED preferred

---

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Active, physical work throughout the day
