Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards, including bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and guest amenities
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways and assigned public areas
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to supervisors
  • Follow established safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • Respect guest privacy and handle lost‑and‑found items properly
