Quality Control Inspector

1st Shift

$20+/hr based on experience

 

Company is a global producer and supplier of system critical engineered aerospace components and systems 

 Must be able to:

• Inspect product at intervals of manufacturing as indicated on the Jobboss manufacturing control traveler.
• Maintain hard copy or electronic records of all inspections performed.
• Perform first article inspections as requested by the customer P.O. or as required by customer procedural requirements.
• Perform set up inspections as needed.
• Write up electronic format quality control inspection plans for all first run product. Update plans as necessary.
• Assist in calibration of gages
• Assist production personnel in measurement techniques as necessary.
• Draft  Supplier Corrective Action Reports ( SCARs ) in electronic files for all product received from suppliers found not conforming to purchase requirements. Submit to quality manager for processing.
• Draft Defective Material Reports ( DMRs ) in electronic files for all product found not conforming to customer requirements for operations performed internally.
• Archive quality documentation on an annual basis to maintain currency of records.
