Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll perform a range of repair and upkeep tasks for buildings, equipment, and grounds. This includes troubleshooting and completing work related to basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general handyman services in both commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs and maintenance on doors, flooring, fixtures, and light plumbing or electrical systems
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues
Maintain clean, safe, and functional workspaces, including common areas, restrooms, and grounds
Handle tasks such as painting, patching, light carpentry, and seasonal duties (e.g., snow removal, lawn care)
Assist with the installation, relocation, or removal of furniture, appliances, or fixtures
Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely, efficient manner

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in general building or property maintenance
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

Additional Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license preferred (some travel between properties may be required)
