Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $18.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location - Millenia Mall area of Orlando.

Job Duties:

• Taking and processing orders called in or emailed in by customers.
• Taking inbound calls from Customers to handle shipping or other Customer Service issues.
• Other administrative/office tasks include filing, scanning, etc.

Requirements:

• MUST have 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
• MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish
• MUST be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
