QC Inspector

• Reads drawings and/or specifications to understand and apply the requirements of 
  products.
  Conduct inspections at all stages of production, including in-coming material, in-process 
  inspection, and final inspection.
   Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspection, utilizing various measuring 
  equipment, in accordance with product specifications (equipment includes calipers, 
  micrometers, tensile tester, etc.)
  Documents inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports. Communicates the 
  results of inspections and provides corrective suggestions to the Quality Manager 
  and/or manufacturing personnel

 

• Must be able to read and understand product specifications.
  Ensure calibration is performed, monitored, maintained, and documented on all 
  inspection equipment.
