Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Belt Technician / Manufacturing Technician in Jefferson, PA! This is a long-term manufacturing opportunity for an experienced machine operator, production worker, manufacturing worker, or fabrication technician.

The Belt Technician will operate machines and use hand tools to fabricate and assemble light and medium-duty conveyor belts according to customer specifications. This position is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, fabrication, assembly, or industrial work.

Belt Technician Job Duties:

• Operate manufacturing machines and equipment
• Fabricate and assemble conveyor belts
• Complete production orders according to specifications
• Read shop orders and working drawings
• Use hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and scales
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized production work area

Manufacturing Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read measurements and basic working drawings
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and consistent work history
