Front Office Coordinator

Located in Blue Ash, OH

Salary: $18 an hour

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to fill an internal opening in the Blue Ash area!

This is a 1st Shift position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM!

NO WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS!

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, and transfer the call to the correct recipient
• Receive applicants and other visitors as they arrive at the office and assist them as needed
• Assist with recruiting and scheduling people for interviews for our open jobs
• Process applicant paperwork into the system
• Ensure paperwork meets legal and company standards (we will train on policies)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service is required
• Multi-tasking abilities are a MUST in this role
• Strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent Attendance is a must
• Willingness to help others as needed
• Strong Computer Skills

Compensation: $18 an hour
