Hiring a full time staffing Coordinator

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, some weekends may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they resonate with candidates who have relevant experience.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, identifying candidates who meet the role's requirements and align with the organization's culture
• Conduct reference checks and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
