Conduct functional behavior assessments and obtain necessary consents.
Design and document behavior treatment plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments.
Provide ongoing assessments and staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, and coping skills.
Collaborate with treatment teams, attend various program and planning meetings, and consult with medical professionals.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of behavior programs; provide quarterly progress reviews.
Maintain effective communication, ensure resident rights, and support team coordination.
Adapt to work schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
