A national Eden Prairie company is searching for an Operations Coordinator. This fun, yet professional work environment allows the Operations Coordinator to be the first step in helping customers within the logistics industry. This position will receive inbound calls from truck drivers; update systems to ensure accurate delivery, and shipment information. This innovative company is moving fast and is looking for long term employees. The Operations Coordinator is vital to our success.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls and researching delivery details
• Verify loads and documenting information
• Effectively communication with logistic companies
• Following up with inquiries in a timely manner

What we look for:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Must be professional yet adaptable to different situations
• Looking to hire long term employees, with ambition to become supervisor at some point

Work Schedule:

• 4:00 pm to 12:00 am during weekdays, Saturday and Sunday mandatory, two consecutive weekdays off 
• Opportunity is remote after training with 1 in-office requirement per month
