Compensation

• Paid per load, based on the following hourly equivalents

  • Day shift: $25.00 per hour

    • Single endorsement: $25.00

    • Doubles endorsement: $25.00

  • Night shift:

    • Single endorsement: $26.75

    • Doubles endorsement: $27.75

• Average daily pay: $290 to $320

• Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off

• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts

• No overtime, as compensation is per load

Schedule

• Night shift only: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

• 12 hour shifts

• Currently hiring 4 overnight drivers

Routes

• Local routes only

• Operating radius up to 60 miles

• All routes are tar roads

• Round trips vary based on assigned pile location

Equipment

• 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks

• Automatic transmissions

• Standard CDL-A: 53 foot flatbed trailer with cage

• Doubles endorsement: 45 foot flatbed with 24 foot pup trailer

Work Details

• No touch freight

• Payload loads trailers with beets

• At the factory, trailers dump on a tipper platform

• Driver operates the dump via push-button control

Training & Safety

• New drivers train with a mentor before driving solo

• Training length varies based on experience and ability

• Mandatory safety orientation to review company safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license

• Valid Interstate Medical Card

• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen

• Local applicants only within a 60 mile radius
