Express is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client's manufacturing company in Hubert, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and products in line with company standards and client specifications. Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this role.

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Pay: $20+ Based on Experience

Location: Hubert,NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Citizen Swiss-type CNC machines

• Install and align tooling, guide bushings, and workholding

• Load and start programs; make minor adjustments as needed

• Perform machine setups including offsets and tool changes

• Monitor production runs and maintain quality standards

• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments

• Troubleshoot basic machining or tooling issues

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Work closely with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Swiss-style CNC machining preferred.

• Familiarity with Citizen machines strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of tooling and setup processes.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.

• Experience using precision measuring tools such as:

  • Micrometers

  • Calipers

  • Optical comparators

  • Pin gauges

  • Other inspection equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or programming issues.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening requirements.

• Certification or training in CNC machine operation is a plus.
