Job Title: Concierge

Overview:

Concierges are responsible for connecting guests with the information they are looking for, setting up schedules and providing convenient service so that they can relax and enjoy their vacation or focus on business during a trip.

Shift:

Weekend Position/On Call-

Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Saturday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Sunday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

Training will be held during the week (7am-3p & 3pm-11pm)

Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet the residents and answer inquires by telephone or from callers to the desk. Assist the residents, guests and visitors when required.

- Ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times. Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times.

- Check and screen all visitors and guest and any contractor staff, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behavior, calling the police if necessary.

- Responsibility for all deliveries to the main reception desk, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail. Correct issuing of all parcels/registered mail with a record must be signed by residents. Notify residents of any deliveries to arrange collection from the front desk.

- Liaise with other staff involved on the site as and when required.

- Assist the building manager with any other reasonable duties as requested.

- Be able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the sift, highlighting any events that have occurred and forthcoming events.

- Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times.
