Location: Springfield, OH
Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Fri: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Leading overhead crane manufacturer seeking an experienced Material Handler to manage material flow and inventory. 

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare materials for production jobs
• Stock production lines and organize material storage
• Perform cycle counting and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Identify and label part numbers, rows, racks, and bins
• Manage Kanbans/VMI programs with buyers and planners
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory using ERP system
• Handle non-conforming materials (NCM) and scrap removal
• Operate stand-up forklifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in material handling and inventory management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift certification preferred
