Full-Time Position | $18.54/Hour | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Springfield, OH

Position Overview

We're hiring an Assembler & Installer to support manufacturing operations at our Springfield facility. This hands-on role combines sheet metal fabrication, assembly work, and basic electrical tasks. You'll work from technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to build and prepare products for delivery.

What You'll Do

Your daily work includes performing basic sheet metal operations such as deburring, spot facing, riveting, and trimming panels to specifications. You'll assemble various components and products according to work orders, following manuals, drawings, and schematics. Minor electrical work is part of the role, including wiring connections and component installation.

You'll also maintain an organized work area and parts inventory, pull and package parts for delivery based on order quantities, and operate a forklift to move materials and finished products. The position requires both hand assembly and machine-assisted work depending on the task.

What You'll Need

Skills & Experience:

• Basic sheet metal fabrication skills (deburring, riveting, spot facing, panel work)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and schematics
• Comfort with basic electrical assembly tasks
• Forklift experience or willingness to be certified
• Capability to perform assembly work manually and using equipment

What We Offer

Pay: $18.54/hour

Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM—an early schedule that gets you home by mid-afternoon
