About the Role

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team during a short‑term project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can jump in quickly with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

•     Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
•     Manage accounts receivable tasks, including posting payments and reconciling customer accounts
•     Assist with month‑end closing activities
•     Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
•     Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
•     Support general accounting tasks as needed throughout the project

Qualifications
•     Previous experience in AP/AR or general accounting
•     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•     Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
•     Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
•     Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

•     Duration: 2 months
•     Schedule: Full‑time, standard business hours
•     Location: On‑site in Aurora, IL
•     Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
