A local company is seeking an experienced Receptionist to Help out their team! Temporary position no long term Commitment!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with Vendors and visitors as necessary both by phone, email and in person.
• Accounts Payable invoice processing. Vendor Credit Card payment processing. Account Reconciliation.
• Record keeping as required and corrective action plans as needed.
• Providing top-notch team work to ensure job gets done in a timely matter.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Must be self motivated, demonstrate initiative, follow direction and complete assignments without a lot of support. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four –Year College or university; or two years’ related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
