Express Employment Professionals is hiring a C-Tech / Lube Technician for a reputable automotive client. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing the job right.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
1st Shift

Pay:
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable technician with 1–2 years of automotive experience who can confidently perform preventative maintenance and basic repair work. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and general service
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Test and inspect vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor time
• Follow all shop safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional shop duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive technician experience
• Must provide your own tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and sit for extended periods
