Sorter - 3rd Shift

Express Employment is looking for a warehouse sorter in their Returns Department.

Summary
Work in sorting area to sort like totes, label, scan to commission, and move to stage area. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sort totes by like size and/or color and palletize.
• Tag anything without an RFID and scan to commission
• Sort totes and bulk assets for damage
• Repair bulk assets if they can be fixed.
• Place rejected or non-conforming assets in designated areas.
• Track pieces b filling out designated forms
• Use pallet jack to move product to staging areas
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and write
• Ability to count

Requirements

• Demonstrate safety and security - observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly
• Ability to concentrate while working at a steady pace

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
• Ability to use hands to write, grasp, rotate, place, or lift.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift. 

Shift: Sunday through Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $15.25/hour
