Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, brake inspections, and system checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, and other diesel components.
• Replace and repair parts as needed to keep equipment in top working condition.

Diagnostics:

• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve engine and system problems.
• Interpret technical documents and schematics to understand issues and implement solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Prepare detailed reports on vehicle and equipment status, repairs, and maintenance needs.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure that all work meets company and regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively with other mechanics and technicians to address complex issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding repair needs and progress.
