Express Employment Professionals is looking for dependable Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team! If you have experience with general maintenance, repairs, or construction and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

💲 Pay

$21–$22 per hour

🕒 Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-Time
• 2 month position

🔨 What You'll Do

• Complete apartment/house turns
• Perform property inspections
• Handle general maintenance and repairs
• Repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, and more
• Assist with remodeling and property improvements

✅ What We're Looking For

Experience in any of the following:

• Apartment or facility maintenance
• Handyman work
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Remodeling
• Construction
• General maintenance and repairs

A short maintenance assessment is required as part of the interview process.
