Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Lead, you will oversee the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, supervising warehouse associates, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Your leadership will ensure that orders are prepared, packed, and shipped correctly, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth functioning of the warehouse.
Job Duties:
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or a similar role. At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping procedures, inventory control, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
