About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sheet Metal Assembler to join our production team. This hands-on position combines metalworking skills with assembly work, offering variety and the opportunity to develop multiple technical skills. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality parts and finished products meet our high standards.

What You'll Do

Fabrication & Assembly:

• Perform sheet metal work including deburring, spot facing, riveting, and trim panel preparation
• Assemble various components and parts according to work orders and specifications
• Conduct basic sewing operations on webbing materials
• Handle minor electrical work as needed
• Verify all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards for final assembly

Materials & Logistics:

• Organize supplies and maintain a clean, efficient work area
• Pull parts for delivery and package according to count specifications
• Operate forklift equipment (training provided for qualified candidates)

Quality & Compliance:

• Use hand tools and machinery with precision and care
• Read and follow instructions, blueprints, and established procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations

What We're Looking For

• Basic sheet metal fabrication experience
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Good technical aptitude and mechanical understanding
• Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Willingness to learn forklift operation
• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
