Job Responsibilities:
• Fabricate conveyor belts to customer specifications
• Read and complete shop orders accurately
• Use hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and scales
• Maintain quality standards and production goals
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to read shop orders and working drawings
• Comfortable using measuring tools and hand tools
• Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and metric measurements
• Reliable attendance and consistent work history
