Job Responsibilities

• Issue credits accurately and efficiently
• Handle client calls in a professional manner
• Provide customer service related to orders and account questions
• Assist clients with placing orders and processing credits
• Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including data entry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative or office experience is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
