Extrusion Operator – 1st and 2nd Shift

Located in Peosta, IA

Salary: Low $20s/hour, BOE

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Extrusion Operators for a local manufacturing facility. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM

Job Duties:

• Operate extrusion equipment to produce quality products
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
