A leading provider of home textile products, recognized for innovative designs, exceptional quality, and affordable prices, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join their team in Burbank.

Summary: The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer and distribution center orders for shipment. The majority of the work involves fulfilling small eCommerce and dropship orders consisting of approximately 1–4 items per order, along with larger distribution center orders processed several times per week. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, eCommerce, order fulfillment, or dropship experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately according to customer and order requirements.
• Pack small eCommerce and dropship orders, typically consisting of 1–4 items.
• Label packages and prepare orders for shipment.
• Sort and organize small packages for outgoing shipments.
• Pick, label, and pack larger distribution center orders approximately 2–3 times per week.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping information for accuracy.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations related to orders, quantities, and inventory.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, eCommerce, dropship, or order fulfillment experience required.
• Experience processing small-item orders is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and work with quantities accurately.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
