Job Title: 1st Shift Production Worker (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload 50-pound ingredient bags into mixing vats
• Collect product samples and perform quality checks
• Verify bag weights and conduct metal detector inspections
• Package, palletize, and stretch-wrap finished products
• Pull and stage orders according to packing lists and shipping documents
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift
• Accurately document production and food quality information
• Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and GMP standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle 50-pound bags throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to accurately record quality and production data
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Equipment Used:

• Sit-down forklift
• Conveyor systems
• Heat sealers
• Lot coding equipment
• Metal detector systems
• Bag filling machines

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, and standing
• Repetitive handling of 50-pound bags throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a physically demanding production environment

Work Environment:

• Clean warehouse with comfortable temperatures
• Production area may occasionally become dusty from dry ingredients being emptied into mixing vats
• Team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and efficiency
