Green Valley is hiring full-time Packaging Room Operators to support our high-quality sausage production line. Whether you're new to manufacturing or seeking your next role in food processing, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a stable, clean, and team-focused environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Operate food packaging equipment according to the production schedule
Load sausage film, push prepared sausage into casing, and tray finished links
Set up, break down, and sanitize machinery daily
Complete production and quality control paperwork accurately
Palletize and box products when not running machines
Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily goals
Maintain clean, organized workstations at all times

📋 Job Requirements

No prior experience required – we provide full training
Must be able to work in cold conditions (Kitchen: 45°F / Packaging: 36°F)
Ability to stand for 8+ hours on concrete floors
Able to lift up to 15 lbs (light lifting only)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent required

Company provides: white coats, hats, gloves, and protective glasses
Employees must bring rubber boots
Personal lockers available for storage
