Job Summary: We are seeking Call Center Representatives for a client who needs reliable and customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should be professional, comfortable using computers, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, or service needs.
  • Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, scheduling, or information updates.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details.
  • Enter and update customer information in the system with high accuracy.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.
  • Follow call scripts, company policies, and performance guidelines.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm
  • Pay: $15.00 P/H

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, headsets, and basic software applications.
  • Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
