Express Employment Professionals is interviewing for a full-time LabTechnician (Weekends) opening with a local Chemical Company! The pay starts out between $16.00/hr - $20.00 (depending on experience) and the schedule is Sat & Sun 5a-9p. (also an 8 hr shift 7a-4p on Mondays to complete your 40 hrs).
Lab Tech key Responsibilities include:
- Performing Quality Assurance product evaluations and logging results
- Keeping records of tests and inventory
- Filing paperwork, organizing lab supplies, maintaining a clean and organized lab
- Developing and proof-reading product labels for accuracy
- Facility Maintenance
- Pipe Installations and repair
Lab Quality Assurance Tech Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years TIG welding experience.
- 2-year degree or relevant training or military training program preferred but not required with the right experience. Minimum of a high school diploma. Willing to train the right candidate in pump maintenance and repair if the candidate has the required electrical and instrumentation experience.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
