Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator – Manufacturing

Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Summary

Hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Material Handler for a manufacturing plant. This role focuses on receiving, SAP inventory management, and forklift operation.

Key Duties

• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage
• Verify paperwork and complete data entry in SAP
• Operate sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials
• Maintain organized inventory and receiving area
• Coordinate with production on stock levels
• Accurately verify materials by physically checking inventory

Requirements

• 3–5 years sit-down forklift experience required
• SAP or ERP inventory system experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Sit, stand, bend throughout shift
