Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join a dynamic team. If you’re organized, reliable, and love keeping things moving smoothly, we want to hear from you!

📋 Daily Responsibilities:

• Pack and fulfill individual shipments via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers

• Create shipping labels and manage tracking info in a shared database

• Order and maintain product sample inventory; ensure product quality and availability for sample requests

• Monitor quality control for every shipment

• Order packaging and shipping materials as needed

• Serve as liaison between shipping companies and the brand to resolve issues

• Communicate shipment delivery updates to team members

• Perform other duties as assigned

✅ Skills Required:

• High school graduate preferred

• Passion for organization, communication, and teamwork

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; project management software experience a plus

• Flexible, reliable, and a strong communicator

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for most of the day, with standing as needed

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary

Monday – Friday, 1st and 2nd shift options available
