Express Employment Professionals are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd shift Machine Operator to join a Local Company. The Ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Machines in Fabric processing. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the production team to ensure smooth and efficient equipment operation
• Monitor fabric throughout the finishing process to ensure consistent quality and application
• Adjust and maintain proper machine speeds and temperatures for optimal results
• Replenish materials such as finishing chemicals, adhesives, and other supplies as needed
• Inspect fabric during processing for defects or inconsistencies and make adjustments when necessary
• Communicate with team members to maintain workflow and resolve production issues
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
• Assist maintenance staff with repairs and equipment testing when needed
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report concerns to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures when handling machinery and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report facility concerns (power issues, leaks, etc.)
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to work around machinery and follow safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and assist where needed
