Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $14.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on welding experience and demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Duties:

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols

• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed

• Inspect materials and finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity

• Operate grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment (heat/cold exposure)

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Must be able to wear required PPE including welding hood, gloves, and steel-toe boots

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year MIG welding experience

• Must pass a MIG weld test

• Must pass a drug screen

• Must pass a background check

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow directions and work independently
