Salary: $20 - $23/hour

Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca is currently hiring Custodial Staff for a day time opportunity in the Ithaca area. You will be working in buildings cleaning common areas, sweeping, taking out garbage, dusting and general clean-up. Must have excellent reliability and attention to detail. 

Duties may include:

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors using industrial cleaning equipment
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, and break areas
• Remove trash and recyclables from multiple areas
• Ensure walkways are free of debris.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and PPE stations.
• Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE

Candidates should have at least one (1) year experience in a custodial role, good punctuality, ability to work independently, ability to a day shift schedule.  Successful drug test and background check required.
