Job Summary

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Night Shift Warehouse Associates for Case Line Picker, Loader, and Unloader positions. These positions are in a fast-paced warehouse distribution environment and require heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and meeting daily productivity goals.

Important: This is a physically demanding position. Shifts may last 10 hours or longer depending on warehouse production needs. All candidates must be comfortable working until the job is completed.

Job Responsibilities

Case Line Picker

• Accurately select and pick cases of products based on customer orders.

• Lift, stack, and organize cases onto pallets.

• Use warehouse equipment and picking systems as instructed.

• Verify orders for accuracy and report damaged products.

• Meet daily picking and productivity requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Loader

• Load products and cases onto delivery trucks and trailers.

• Stack and organize products safely to prevent damage.

• Perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.

• Verify products are loaded accurately.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures.

• Work efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.

Unloader

• Unload products from incoming trucks and trailers.

• Sort, stack, and organize products in designated warehouse areas.

• Inspect shipments for visible damage.

• Move products to assigned locations.

• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining clean work areas.

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Must be available to work night shift starting at 5:00 PM.

• Must be willing to work 10-hour shifts or longer until the work is completed.

• Must be able to perform repetitive heavy lifting.

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift.

• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

• Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

• Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, loading, or unloading experience preferred but not required.

• Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to meet production goals.

• Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
