Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking a OFFICE SUPPORT/CUSTOMER REP for a well-established HVAC company in the city of Downey, CA.
*THIS IS NOT A RETAIL CSR SETTING - DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8AM to 5:00PM
Pay: $21.00 an hour
Employment Type: LONG TERM, temp to permanent hire
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist customers with booking appointments
- Entering customer data into the system
- Dispatching techs according to their schedule
- Assist with payroll entry
- Scanning documents, maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Perform other office tasks as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- 1+ year office & data entry experience
- Strong data entry abilities (45+ WPM)
- Bilingual REQUIRED (fluent English and Spanish)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge in Excel
