Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour
• Schedule: Thursday–Monday
• Must be flexible to start early or stay late as needed
• Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Perform buffing, polishing, grinding, and sandblasting on large parts
• Assist with basic welding and finishing processes
• Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools
• Transport materials using:
  • Overhead crane
  • Forklift
  • Pallet jacks / pump carts
• Maintain production flow and meet daily output goals
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Production roles commonly involve operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Handling large, heavy parts
• Team-oriented production floor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, and stooping
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with grinding, polishing, or fabrication is a plus
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours
• Strong attention to detail and safety
