Looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with great pay and opportunities to learn new skills? A Springfield-area manufacturer is seeking dependable Production Associates to support fabrication, finishing, material handling, and production operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, welding, fabrication, construction, or general labor experience.

Pay

• $19.00 per hour

Schedule

• Thursday-Monday
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Full-Time
• Overtime available based on production needs

What You'll Do

• Perform grinding, buffing, polishing, and sandblasting operations
• Assist with basic welding and metal finishing processes
• Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and production equipment
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, pump carts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Support daily production goals and workflow requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or production experience preferred
• Experience with grinding, polishing, sanding, or finishing is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and material handling
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Safely handle large and heavy parts
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
