Production Associate

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves operating production equipment, performing finishing processes, handling materials, and supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties

• Perform buffing, polishing, grinding, and sandblasting operations on manufactured parts
• Assist with basic welding and finishing processes as needed
• Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and production equipment
• Transport materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, pump carts, and overhead cranes (training provided as needed)
• Maintain production flow and meet established production goals
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general manufacturing and production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with grinding, polishing, welding, fabrication, or finishing processes preferred
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and material handling
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely handle large and heavy parts
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Schedule: Thursday through Monday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Overtime and schedule flexibility required as business demands arise
