Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 3:30pm and Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay: $18.00 /HR

Duties:

  • Hang and rack parts for production processes according to work instructions
  • Package finished parts carefully to ensure protection and quality standards
  • Read and follow work orders to ensure correct part handling and processing
  • Organize and move materials using pallet jacks and part racks
  • Use tools such as box cutters safely and effectively
  • Verify part counts and ensure accuracy in labeling and packaging
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications: 

  • Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to understand basic numbers and follow work orders accurately
  • Ability to read and understand English for instructions and safety guidelines
  • Experience using pallet jacks, box cutters, and material handling equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
