Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to join a Local Company. 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble tractors and related components on the assembly line.
• Attach backhoes, loaders, and wheels to tractors.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
• Stand for long periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve assembly issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
