Express Employment Professionals – Annapolis is now hiring an experienced Turret Punch Operator for a manufacturing facility in Riverdale, MD. We’re looking for someone with a strong background operating an Amada Pega Turret Punch machine and a solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Amada Pega CNC Turret Punch Press to fabricate parts from sheet metal

• Load programs, set up tooling, and make minor adjustments as needed

• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues to maintain production flow

• Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Experience operating an Amada Pega Turret Punch is required

• Minimum 2 years of CNC punch press or sheet metal experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
