Direct Hire Opportunity – Jonesboro, AR

 

Our client is hiring a Crane/Sit-Down Forklift Operator to move materials, operate the overhead crane, and support repacking.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm + OT as needed

 

What You’ll Do

·         Operate sit-down forklift and overhead crane

·         Move, load, and unload materials safely

·         Repack (sort, label, re-palletize) as needed

·         Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules

·         Perform basic inventory and equipment checks

What You Need

·         1+ year forklift experience

·         1+ year crane experience

·         Ability to read work orders and follow instructions

·         Strong safety habits and steady pace

Physical Requirements

·         Lift up to 50 lbs

·         Stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment all shift

·         Able to work in hot/cold warehouse conditions

Equipment Used

·         Sit-down forklift

·         Overhead crane

·         Pallet jacks & basic hand tools

Expected Results

·         Safe, accurate material movement

·         Organized, clean work area

·         Repacking completed correctly and on time

·         Zero safety or equipment issues
