Job Title: Marketing Sales Coordinator
Pay: $22 - $23 per hour  
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Sales Coordinator to support our client with marketing and administrative efforts. This role involves coordinating product information, creating engaging content, managing their website, and assisting with media and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and on-site. Perform various office and administrative tasks during downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect detailed product information and craft compelling copy for marketing materials and product listings.  
- Capture photos and videos primarily at our facility, with occasional shoots nearby.  
- Assist in updating and maintaining instruction manuals and product catalogs, with familiarity in InDesign or Photoshop a plus.  
- Create and manage webpages via Shopify.  
- Design and post engaging content on social media. 
- Create and manage webpages via Shopify, evaluate and coordinate the inclusion of content in our monthly Mailchimp campaigns.  
-Support on-site activities as interviewing visitors, capturing media opportunities, and participating in product launches.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically about unknowns, and is comfortable working both independently and on-site.

- Experience with content creation, photo/video capturing, and editing.  
- Basic knowledge of website management (Shopify preferred).  
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.  
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and be flexible with changing needs.  
- Must be available to work on-site during business hours.
