Administrative Assistant/Secretary
The Administrative Assistant/Secretary will provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
What you’ll be doing as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary

- Provide administrative support by managing phone calls, scheduling executive appointments and travel, and preparing/editing correspondence, presentations, and documents.
- Oversee office management by maintaining inventory, managing office equipment, and organizing electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and handling logistical arrangements.
- Serve as a key communication liaison, managing internal/external inquiries, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and emails professionally.
- Maintain data integrity by managing databases, preparing reports, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
What you’ll need to succeed as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

- Environment: Office setting.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Hours: Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 Hourly. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
