Salary: $21-$24/Hour DOE

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience working as a Bilingual DOT Coordinator. 

This is an evaluation to hire opportunity! 

Pay: $21-$24 Hourly DOE

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Candidate must be able to successfully complete the following job duties:

• Manage a team of drivers, technicians and support staff involved with the operation of vacuum trucks.
• Efficient management of personnel, equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation and disposal of hazardous material and waste.
• Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and routes for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Oversee maintenance schedules for vacuum trucks to ensure they are in optimal operating condition.
• Monitor expenses related to vehicle maintenance, fuel, personnel and other operational cost.
• Develop and manage budgets for the department, ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual: English/Spanish
• Must have 3+ years' experience in DOT Coordination/Administration
• Stable work history is required
• Must have advanced technical skills and capabilities
