What You’ll Do

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee payroll files and reporting
• Manage AP/AR functions
• Complete bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
• Support month-end and year-end reporting
• Maintain organized financial documentation

What You Bring

• Prior experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting software and bookkeeping systems
• Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
